Deleting an e-Marketing Spot

You can delete an e-Marketing Spot from Commerce Lab if it is no longer used on your storefront. You cannot delete e-Marketing Spots that are used in active web activities.

About this task

This task only deletes the e-Marketing Spot from Commerce Lab. A store developer must change the store pages that use this e-Marketing Spot.

Procedure

  1. Open Commerce Lab Tools, and from the left navigation menu, click Business Tools > Marketing > E-Marketing Spot.
  2. Marketing Spots List page opens. Enter the name of the Marketing Spot you wish to delete in the Search field. All the search results are listed.
  3. From the Actions menu, click the Delete icon.
  4. Delete window pop-up on the screen. Click Yes, Continue to continue with the delete option.
    The Marketing Spot is removed from the database permanently.
  5. You can delete more than one Marketing Spot at once from the Marketing Spots List page. Select the checkboxes in front of the Marketing Spot names you wish to delete and click Delete all.
  6. You can click the check box besides Name header to select all the Marketing Spot. Click Delete all to delete all Marketing Spots at once.
