Assigning a price rule to a base or customer contract of a B2B store
Using Commerce Lab, you can assign a price rule to base contracts and customer
contracts in the B2B business model, including extended sites. After you assign the price rule to
the contract, customers shopping under the contract are entitled to prices set by the price rule.
Before you begin
- To learn more about assigning price rules to contracts for various business models, read Price rule assignment and contracts.
- The contract that you want to assign the price rule to must already exist in Commerce Lab. To create a new contract, see Creating contracts.
About this task
Procedure
- Open Commerce Lab tools.
- From the left navigation menu, go to .
- Select the store from the Store filter.
- Select the account that has a contract you want to assign the Price Rule to, and then click the contract number provided in Contract column.

Click the
Edit icon from the Actions menu. The
Edit Contract page opens.
- On theEdit Contract page, click the Catalog filter and price rule.
- From the price rule drop-down, select the price rule to assign to the contract.
- Click Save.
