Assigning a price rule to the default contract of a B2B store, including extended site stores

Using Commerce Lab, you can assign a price rule to the default contract for a B2B and a B2B extended site store. As a result, guest and unregistered customers, as well as customers with no other contract, see prices set by the price rule you assign.

Procedure

  1. Open Commerce Lab Tools and from the left navigation menu, click Business Tools > Customer Management > Contracts.
  2. From the store filter, select the store for which you wish to assign a price rule.
  3. You can assign the price rule while creating a new contract. Click New. Go to Catalog filter and price rule to assign the price rule for the selected store contract.
  4. To assign the price rule to an existing contract, click the Edit icon given in the same row of the contract name. On the edit page, go to Catalog filter and price rule to add or update the price rule for the selected store contract.
  5. Click Save.

Results

The price rule is now assigned to the store contract. You can log on to the store and check that the prices on the storefront are set according to price rule you assigned.
