Troubleshooting: Install or uninstall fails during reattempts
When you are installing or uninstalling maintenance packages with the Update Installer (UPDI) graphical wizard, the process fails and a message displays with the problem. You fix the problem and reattempt the process by pressing Back, and then Next. The process still fails.
For example, an installation might fail because the server cannot be reached. You restart the WebSphere Commerce administrative server and solrServer, then in UPDI you press to reattempt the installation.
