Troubleshooting: Administrator is locked out from Administration Console

In the event you are locked out from the Administration Console, you need to update the database directly to unlock your account.

1. Open a database window.
2. Run the following SQL statement:

   update plcyacclck set waittime = 5
   

3. Wait five seconds; then open the Administration Console and log in.
