Device score
The Device Score is a key metric that quantifies hardware health and operating system stability across all managed endpoints.
- Device Performance: Evaluates real-time processing and speed constraints.
- Device Reliability: Tracks operating system stability and critical system faults.
- Hardware Adequacy: Measures the capacity constraints of physical system resources.

Underlying leaf scores:
The Device score is computed as a combination of the scores from all the leaf device-related scores. The current list of Device leaf scores is listed here and is calculated based on the performance metrics listed above, measured from all the managed endpoints:
- CPU score
- Memory score
- Wi-Fi score
- GPU score
- Disk score
- Partition score
- Boot score
- Logon score
- Reliability score
The DEX Score and all the Device scores are computed, stored, and made available for the DEX users to analyze, and they are available for each individual managed endpoint. Similarly, the scores are computed, stored, and displayed for the whole set of managed devices as an aggregated view of the scores of all the managed devices. These scores are dynamically calculated using data aggregated from the measured metrics over the last 24 hours. BigFix DEX also calculates the overall historical score for the last 7 days and last 30 days to allow the DEX users to analyze and investigate the DEX score trend over time.
Group view leaf scores based on anomalies
The Group page includes specific widgets to classify the object devices that depend on the leaf score and an ordered list of worst score devices. The Group Leaf score is calculated as the average of Endpoint Leaf score over reporting endpoints.

Group view leaf scores based on events
The Group page includes specific widgets to classify the leaf scores parameters that depend on the leaf score and an ordered list of worst score devices. The Group Leaf score is calculated as the average of Endpoint Leaf score over reporting endpoints.
