Replacing a Deployment Key

The "Replace Deployment Key" feature allows users to update the existing deployment key. This is helpful in scenarios such as:

  • Enhancing security
  • Adapting to changes in the deployment environment
  • Managing access more effectively

Steps to Replace a Deployment Key:

  1. Select the “Replace Deployment Key” option.
  2. Click on the “Replace” button to generate a new key.
  3. Click the copy icon next to the newly generated key to save it to your clipboard.
Note:

The new deployment key is unique to your deployment.Once the dialog is closed, the key cannot be retrieved.

If the key is lost, you must create a new deployment key, and the old one will be invalidated automatically.
