Downloading License File

For products that use offline license enforcement and do not rely on a license server, the "Download License File" option is available in MHS (My HCLSoftware).

This option enables users to retrieve a license file directly from the deployment menu, provided that the minimum required features have been allocated to the deployment.

Steps to download:

  1. Navigate to the deployment where the license needs to be downloaded.
  2. Click on “Download License File.”
  3. Enter the required fingerprint (system-specific identifier).
  4. Click “Submit.”
  5. The license file will be downloaded automatically to your local system.
Note:
Ensure that the correct fingerprint is provided. This is essential for generating a valid license file tied to your system.
