My HCLSoftware - an overview

The My HCLSoftware (MHS) portal is the online interface used to manage license of your HCLSoftware products. Through MHS, you can seamlessly manage downloads, subscriptions, and deployments, making it simpler to access and manage the licensing of your HCLSoftware products.

To log in to MHS, you must create your HCLSoftware ID by using the Register for HCLSoftware ID link on the Sign In page. Based on your entitlement, you can access the following features of MHS:

• Account Management

  Account administrators in My HCLSoftware are responsible for managing the membership of their account. This includes controlling which users have access to the portal on behalf of the account, as well as defining their permissions.This access management ensures that only authorized users can operate within the portal, maintaining security and proper governance.

• Downloads

  The Downloads module of the MHS application allows users to download software based on their entitlements. Users will be able to reliably download files at high speed. These downloads will require authorization based on entitlements.

• Deployments

  The Deployments module allows users to create and manage deployments, which are collections of allocated licensed features. Deployments help organize and isolate licenses based on specific environments, projects, departments, or other business needs. Each deployment is assigned a unique Deployment ID, which is required when configuring license information for a product.
