Notification Center
BigFix AEX can provide user notifications on the tickets they have subscribed to, and the
status of these tickets are available in the 
icon on top.
When a new notification arrives, the icon shows a highlighted text to indicate the user of a
new change in their subscribed incidents.
Note:
This functionality is not available in Microsoft Teams
On clicking the item in the drop down, a popup will show the details for the current
notification. User can close the notification popup using the 
button.
