Profile Details Overview
The profile details section provides a unified, 360-degree view of a customer by consolidating personal, behavioral, and technical data into a single interface.
Once a user is fetched using a unique identifier, such as a profile ID or Hash Email, the system populates a comprehensive profile categorized into specialized tabs. This consolidated view allows users to understand a customer's standing without switching between different data tools.
Customer One View Landing Page
The primary landing page includes the following components:
- Basic Details: Displays immediate identifiers such as Name, Gender, Age, and Location (City, State, Country).
- Customer Engagement: Summarizes key performance indicators, including total Conversions, Campaigns joined, total Revenue, and total Spent.
- Communication Sent by Channel: A bar chart visualizing engagement rates (Sent, Delivered, and Clicked) across channels like WhatsApp and SMS.
Customer Attributes
Clicking the See More link opens a centralized popup that allows users to toggle between detailed sub-sections without losing the context of the main profile. Information is organized into the following tabs:
- Basic Summary
- Focuses on core reachability, including hashed email addresses, mobile numbers, and fax numbers.
- Products
- Summarizes the customer's relationship with the brand by listing Products Holding List and Products Closed List.
- Attributes
- Contains technical identifiers such as
ct_encrypted_id, CRM IDs, and behavioral flags likepreferredContactTimeProbability. - Device Summary
- Provides technical specifications for hardware and software, including OS Type, App Version, and Browser details for both Mobile and Web platforms.
