Campaigns Overview Reference

The Campaigns overview page provides a centralized dashboard to view, filter, and monitor all marketing campaigns configured within your HCL CDP tenant.

Global Controls and Filters

The top toolbar provides filtering capabilities to isolate specific campaign groups:

Select Products Drop-down: Filters campaigns by their associated product business lines (such as Business Loans). Selected filters appear as removable chips.
Date Range Picker: Constrains the campaign list to a defined calendar window using a start and end date bounding tool.
Search Input field: Located above the data grid, allows typing direct queries to find explicit campaigns by name.

Campaign Records Grid

The primary table lists active records, sorting options, and total items. Clicking a hyperlinked campaign name routes you to its performance detail page.
