Campaign Details Overview

The Campaign Details tab provides a high-level summary and granular performance metrics for all marketing campaigns, including revenue, conversions, and spending for a specified date range.

Campaign Performance Metrics

The dashboard displays real-time key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness at a glance:

  • Total Campaigns: The total number of marketing initiatives currently running (for example, 10).
  • Top Performing: The count of campaigns meeting or exceeding specific success criteria.
  • Conversions: The number of successful user actions completed through the campaigns.
  • Revenue: The total monetary value generated from campaign activities (for example, ₹43,254).
  • Spent: The total cost incurred for the delivery of these campaigns.

Campaign Details by Channel

The campaign table allows you to analyze customer interactions across various channels. You can filter the view by specific product categories like Business Loans or Education Loans and adjust the date range to narrow the results.

The following data points are tracked for each campaign:

Campaign Code and Name
Unique identifiers for the campaign, such as Health Insurance (C000000109) or Prepaid Cards (C000000157).
Channel
The delivery method used for the campaign (for example, Email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
Sent
The specific timestamp indicating when the marketing communication was dispatched to the customer.
Revenue and Spent
Financial tracking per campaign interaction. For example, many individual SMS entries show a spend of ₹0.115.
Offer
The specific promotion or incentive associated with the campaign code.
Actions Received
List of engagement statuses and events triggered by the user, including Sent, Delivered, and Clicked.
