Basic Details and Attributes Reference

This reference provides a detailed list of personal, contact, and technical attributes available within the unified customer profile.

Basic Details Fields

The Basic Details tab displays core identity and demographic data.

Field Name Description
FIRST_NAME / Lastname The legal name of the customer.
Master ID The global unique identifier (e.g., e2ab5f93-e2d5-49bb-8814-7b8a3b8bc2d5) assigned to the unified profile.
IdentityType The current lifecycle stage of the customer profile (NTB, KTB, or ETB).
NTB (New to Business)
The initial stage for an anonymous or first-time visitor. The profile is primarily based on device IDs or cookies with no historical relationship data.
KTB (Known to Business)
The profile transitions to KTB when the user provides identifying information-such as a mobile number or email address-through a lead form or registration, but has not yet purchased a product.
ETB (Existing to Business)
The final transformation occurs when the profile is linked to an active product or account. The system recognizes the user as a current customer with an established financial relationship.
Income Range The categorized financial bracket of the customer.
Events / Events info Summary of recent behavioral triggers or system-logged activities.
city / State / Country The geographic location markers for the profile.

Tab: Basic Summary

The Basic Summary tab in the expanded view contains identity and reachability identifiers:

Field Name Description
EMAIL_ADDRESS The hashed or encrypted email identifier for the customer.
Mobile_NUMBER The hashed primary mobile contact number.
UN_ENC_CUST_ID The unique, unencrypted internal customer identifier.

Tab: Attributes

The Attributes tab displays backend metadata and behavioral probability scores:

Attribute Name Description
ct_encrypted_id The encrypted ID used for cross-channel tracking.
preferredContactTimeProbability A predictive score (0.0 to 1.0) indicating the best time to reach the customer.
ls The last sync timestamp, showing the most recent profile update in YYYY-MM-DD-HH:MM:SS format.
dtyp The device type identifier (e.g., DESKTOP).

Tab: Device Summary

The Device Summary tab provides technical specifications for the hardware and software used by the customer, categorized by platform.
