System Data Model

Searching for a Customer Profile

Search for specific customers to view their unified profile, activity history, device information, campaign, and channel for products that the customer is associated with.

Before you begin

Ensure you have the customer's unique identifier, such as a Hash Email, Policy Number, or Application Number.

Procedure

Navigate to the Customer One View menu in the sidebar.
In the search bar, type the customer identifier.
Click the Search icon.
The system retrieves the unified profile and displays the Basic Details tab by default.
