System Data Model

Viewing Basic Details

Access the Basic Details tab to view a customer's primary identity and contact information.

About this task

The Basic Details section acts as the primary landing page for a customer profile. It summarizes personal identifiers and location data.

Procedure

On the Customer One View page, enter a unique identifier (such as an encrypted ID or email) in the search field and click Search.
The system displays the customer's landing page, showing high-level metrics such as Conversions, Revenue, and a communication sent by channel chart.
Review the Basic Details pane on the left to confirm core identity data, including Gender, Age, and City.
To access granular data, click the See More link at the bottom of the Basic Details section.
The Customer Attributes dialog box opens.
Select the following tabs within the dialog to view specific information:
- Basic Summary: View contact identifiers like EMAIL_ADDRESS and MOBILE_NUMBER.
- Products: Review lists of active and closed products associated with the customer.
- Attributes: Examine technical flags, such as preferredContactTimeProbability and the ct_encrypted_id.
- Device Summary: Analyze the hardware and software used by the customer, such as OS Type and Browser.

Results

The profile view provides a comprehensive understanding of the customer's value, reachability, and technical environment.
