Navigating Activity Mind Map

Use the interactive Mind Map to visualize the chronological flow of customer activities across different channels.

About this task

The Activity Mind Map provides a hierarchical view of events, organized by month, week, and day.

Procedure

Click the Activity Log tab on the Customer One View page.
By default, the mind map displays the data in Month View. Expand a Month node to view the associated Week nodes.
Click on a specific Day node to reveal individual event details, such as logins or campaign clicks.
Use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out, or click and drag the canvas to move the view.
