To move branches, versions, and text

From the Version Tree Browser, you can rearrange a version marker, branch marker, or group of version markers on the display.

• To move a version marker or branch marker and its associated metadata, click the version marker or branch marker, and drag the item to its new location.
• To move multiple markers, click in an area in the display (but not directly on any version tree item), drag to form a selection box around the items and then drag the selection box to the new location.
• To move a version and all its successor versions and branches, select the version marker or branch marker, and then shift-click and drag the item to its new location.
  Tip: Any changes you make are for the current session only. The next time you open the Version Tree Browser, all spacing reverts to the default spacing, as defined on the Font and Color Selection page in the Options window.
