Refreshing the Active Catalog Filter

In the Catalog Filter and Pricing tool, users can select the Active Catalog Filter object in the navigation area to display the current active catalog filter selection. Users can refresh the current Active Catalog Filter by right clicking on Active Catalog Filter and selecting Reload. Users can also reload by selecting the Reload action from the toolbar

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center tools.
  2. From the hamburger menu, select Manage Accounts > Catalog Filter and Pricing. A landing page opens.
  3. HCL Commerce Version 9.1.16.0 or later Open Management Center tools and from the left navigation menu, click Business tools > Customer Management > Active Catalog Filter.
  4. From the Store Filter, select the e-Site store to add the active catalog filter.
  5. The existing utility is shown in the Active Catalog Filter box. You can search the new utility and replace or delete the existing one.
  6. There are two ways to refresh and reload the page:
    • Once the changes are made, right click on the Active Catalog Filter tab from the left side column of the page.
    • From the icon menu on the page, click on the reload icon to refresh the page.
    • If you have unsaved information on the page, the dialog box is displayed on the screen after clicking on the refresh icon. You can save the changes first and then refresh the page or click Yes if you want to continue without saving the changes.
      Note: If there are unsaved changes to the Active Catalog Filter, you are prompted to discard the changes and reload or to cancel.
