If you encounter problems while configuring WebSphere Commerce, refer to the following resources for assistance.
Mapped network drive is invalid
You receive a message that states a mapped network drive is invalid when you attempt to set a mapped network drive for a remote Web server.

Troubleshooting: Mapped network drive is invalid

You receive a message that states a mapped network drive is invalid when you attempt to set a mapped network drive for a remote Web server.

Problem

When the Configuration Manager server is started from the Windows Services panel, it might not accept the mapped network drive location of a Web server.

Solution

If this occurs, start Configuration Manager from command prompt instead of from the Windows Services panel:

Exit Configuration Manager and ensure that the Configuration Manager server service is stopped.
Start the Configuration Manager from a command prompt session by issuing the following command:
```
WC_installdir/bin/config_server.bat
```
Start the Configuration Manager using one of the following methods:
- Start > All Programs > IBM WebSphere > Commerce Server v7.0 > Configuration
- Run the following command:
```
WC_installdir/bin/config_client.bat
```
