To uninstall BigFix UI, perform these steps:

Stop the Windows service BES UI.
Delete the folders named "data" and "wwwroot" from the BigFix UI installation directory.
Delete the Windows service BES UI.
Access your MS SQL database using administrative credentials and drop the BigFix UI database.
