BigFix Self-Service Application

The BigFix Self-Service Application (SSA) is a client-side interface that empowers endpoint users to install software, accept administrative actions, and review deployments without requiring local administrator privileges.

In BigFix DEX, the Self Service Application must be installed to leverage the Survey feature. You must install SSA using the Fixlets that are into Software Distribution site. Once you install SSA (version 3.4.4), use the Self-Service Application Setting: Show or Hide the Survey tab Fixlet to enable or disable the Survey tab.
