New AI agent chatbot channel: Slack
With the Slack channel, you can now reach your AI agent chatbot from an enterprise messaging platform your team already uses — with the same identity verification as Telegram.
An AI agent chatbot that only lived in Telegram meant every other messaging habit in your organization stayed a workaround. The Slack channel closes that gap: register it from the same Channels panel used for Telegram, and the agent starts answering wherever your team is already typing.
- Your chatbot, wherever your team already messages
-
A Slack endpoint is registered the same way as a Telegram endpoint — name it, select the plug-in, supply the credentials. One configuration model now covers both platforms, so adding the channel to an existing AI agent is a five-minute task, not a new integration project.
- One identity model, every channel
-
The first message from a new user on Slack triggers the same authentication link flow already used for Telegram: verify enterprise credentials once, and the session stays valid for 30 days regardless of which messaging platform carries it.
For the full authentication lifecycle and prerequisites shared by every channel, see Communication channels for AI agent chatbots. For step-by-step configuration instructions, see Configuring a Slack channel for an AI agent chatbot.
