Advanced operational oversight in Orchestration Monitor

The Orchestration Monitor has been extended to provide deeper visibility and centralized control over complex workloads.

These enhancements integrate new monitoring possibilities for prompt and file items, broader visibility for folder search and optimized job stream identification with description-based filtering. By consolidating these elements, operators can manage diverse dependencies and navigate folder hierarchies more efficiently within a single view.

Optimized job stream identification with description-based filtering

The Description column is now available in the Orchestration Monitor, providing a rich metadata layer for monitoring and filtering.
  • Extended metadata: Store alternative names, support contacts, or recovery steps, overcoming the 16-byte naming limit.

  • OQL filtering: Use Orchestration Query Language Language to instantly isolate job streams based on description keywords.

  • Formatted insights: View a dedicated panel which supports Markdown formatting such as bold text, bulleted lists, and hyperlinks for advanced troubleshooting instructions.

Enhanced monitoring possibilities for prompt and file

The Orchestration Monitor now includes dedicated views for Prompt and File items, centralizing the management of manual and data-driven dependencies. By selecting these item types from the monitoring drop-down, operators can access specialized interfaces tailored to these prerequisites.
  • Manage manual checkpoints: Use the Prompt view to monitor and respond to "Yes/No" confirmation requests, ensuring human oversight for sensitive tasks before they proceed.
  • Monitor file dependencies: Use the File view to track real-time data availability (such as Exists or Unavailable) across the network to prevent schedule delays.
  • Actionable control: Access object-specific commands, such as Reply Prompt, and apply granular OQL filters to isolate critical dependencies instantly.

Extended visibility for folder search

The Include Subfolders toggle enables broader visibility into directory hierarchies within the Orchestration Monitor.
  • Recursive retrieval: View items from a parent folder and all nested subdirectories simultaneously.

  • Faster navigation: Eliminate the need to browse individual directories, facilitating immediate access to deeply nested data.
