Accelerate job resolution and improve job stream visibility in Orchestration CLI
Accelerate your job streams and eliminate restrictions by using the new Orchestration CLI commands to resolve file and user prompt dependencies.
Managing complex job streams requires the ability to quickly identify and resolve dependencies. While users of the conman command-line tool have long enjoyed the ability to easily manage job stream dependencies and user prompts, the current release brings these same powerful capabilities directly to Orchestration CLI. These command enhancements are designed to give you immediate visibility into your scheduling environment and provide the controls you need to keep your jobs and job streams running smoothly.
The newly added Orchestration CLI commands
provide the following key advantages:
| reply: Keeps your job streams moving without delay. It confirms a specific prompt or multiple prompts in one step to instantly resume your associated jobs and job streams. It also bypasses manual, instance-by-instance permissions by confirming multiple prompt instances at once. For more information, see reply. | ![]() |

showfile: Improves the visibility into file dependencies to prevent stalled operations. The command lists all associated text files and filters your results by workstation or file status to pinpoint exactly which job streams are waiting for file confirmations. For more information, see showfile. |
| showprompt: Instantly identifies where user interaction is required. The command lists all associated prompts and filters them based on their status to see exactly which job streams are paused and awaiting a reply. For more information, see showprompt. | ![]() |

nop/unnop: Temporarily disable jobs without deleting them or changing their dependencies. If a job faces a service outage or other disruptions, that job can be paused to facilitate the running of all other associated jobs without any delay. For more information, see nop/unnop. |
