Successors & nested job streams submission

When you select a job stream to add to the plan, you can now include all its successors automatically.
This ensures that the entire downstream workflow is accounted for without searching for individual dependencies. This feature supports nested job streams up to 25 levels deep or 250 job streams and their successors, maintaining the integrity of the whole workflow.
