To show or hide version metadata

Procedure

Click Tools > Options.
In the Options window, click the Meta Data Filter tab.
In the Filter Type section, select or clear the options for metadata to include in the version tree display.
Tip: Use the options in the Lines section to specify how many lines of label or attribute text to display next to versions.
Do one of the following.
- Click OK to save your changes and close the window.
- Click Apply to see the effect of your specification and keep the window open to make further changes.
- Click Cancel to discard your changes and close the window.
