The adapter is unable to connect to the project_name project area in IBM® Engineering Test Management.

The HCL DevOps Test UI (Test UI)and Engineering Test Management integration adapter fails to connect to the Engineering Test Management project area.

The Test UI and Engineering Test Management integration adapter connects to a default project instead of connecting to a project area on the Engineering Test Management server.

Try connecting the Test UI and IBM® Engineering Test Management integration adapter to the IBM® Engineering Test Management project area again. Verify that all steps are complete and settings are correct.
