Error getting image library information from the customization file

Third-party software that is used for an image verification point or for optical character recognition can cause problems. This problem occurs when HCL DevOps Test UI (Test UI) IDE or the playback or recorder processes are started.

The system displays an exception.

Check the Test UI configuration file and make sure the path of the third-party software is correct. Verify that the imageVPLibrary or ocrVPLibrary node, if present in the configuration file, is set correctly.
