Error getting role information from the customization file

This problem occurs when HCL DevOps Test UI (Test UI) IDE or the playback or recorder processes are started.

The system displays an exception.

Verify that the *.rftcust file is present in C:\ProgramData\HCL\DTUI\customization, and verify that the rolesMap section is present. Verify that the roleMap node is correct in XML data.
