Error getting value converter information from the customization file

This problem occurs when HCL DevOps Test UI (Test UI) IDE or the playback or recorder processes are started.

The system displays an exception.

Verify that the *.rftcust file is present in C:\ProgramData\HCL\DTUI\customization and <Install_Directory>. Verify that valueConverters section is present and correct.
