Error loading configuration file

This problem occurs when you try to use the Configure Application tool or Enable Environment tool.

HCL DevOps Test UI (Test UI) cannot open the Configure Application tool or Enable Environment tool. You may not be able to add application using the application configuration tool. While recording the application is not displayed, in the application list.

Verify that the Test UI configuration file is correct. Try restarting Test UI by closing all the applications that Test UI recorded or played back.
