Error getting option information from the customization file.

Option information cannot be obtained from the customization file when there is a problem with the HCL DevOps Test UI (Test UI) customization file which is related to options or RecognitionProperties section.

The controls in the application under test is not recognized.

Verify that the *.rftcust file is present in the C:\ProgramData\HCL\DTUI\customization and <Install_Directory>. Verify that the options section is present and correct.
Verify that the *.rftop file is present in C:\ProgramData\HCL\DTUI\customization and <Install_Directory> . Verify that RecognitionProperties section is present and correct.
