HCL Commerce is a high-availability, highly scalable and customizable e-commerce platform. Able to support hundreds of thousands of transactions per day, HCL Commerce allows you to do business with consumers (B2C) or directly with businesses (B2B). HCL Commerce uses cloud friendly technology to make deployment and operation both easy and efficient. It provides easy-to-use tools for business users to centrally manage a cross-channel strategy. Business users can create and manage precision marketing campaigns, promotions, catalog, and merchandising across all sales channels. Business users can also use AI enabled content management capabilities.

Next.js starter store
The Next.js store offers customizable features for storefronts using the Next.js framework. It uses the same data template as the ReactJS stores and supports business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) use cases. The store includes pages for browsing, shopping, checkout, and account management, and uses Elasticsearch for search functions.
Checkout
The checkout page displays the shipping and payment details for the items in the shopping cart.
Quick Order for Next.js store (B2C and B2B)
You can place orders within the Next.js store using the quick order functionality without navigating through product details and listing pages. This feature enables you to add multiple items to the shopping cart and proceed with the purchase.
Enabling quick order for the Next.js store (B2B and B2C)
In the Next.js store, you can enable quick orders functionality for shoppers. You have the option to enable or disable quick order functionality from Management Center. By default, quick order functionality is disabled for the Next.js store (B2B and B2C).

        Multiple Shipment for Next.js store
        The Multiple Shipment feature allows shoppers to buy multiple items for different addresses by choosing different shipping methods. This also gives them flexibility to send similar orders to multiple shipping addresses via a single order.

        The multiple payment option allows the shopper to select multiple payment methods for a given cart amount for Ruby store. In this document, the multiple payment option for Ruby store is used as an example.
        Review order
        Once the payment method and billing address are selected, you can review the Shipping details, Payment details, and Order summery on the Review order page.
        Free gift with the order
        The Free Gift with the Order promotion allows eligible customers to select a free gift when their order meets specific criteria. This documentation outlines the user experience in the storefront, focusing on the customer's interaction with the promotion.

        Multiple Quick Checkout profiles

        The Next.js store application is enabled for B2B e-commerce. The sample B2B storefront is called Ruby B2B. The B2B Next.js store features include B2B features, in addition to all of the available features in the B2C storefront, with the exception of guest-user shopping flows.

Enabling quick order for the Next.js store (B2B and B2C)

In the Next.js store, you can enable quick orders functionality for shoppers. You have the option to enable or disable quick order functionality from Management Center. By default, quick order functionality is disabled for the Next.js store (B2B and B2C).

Procedure

To enable quick order functionality for the Next.js store, complete the following steps:

Open Management Center Tools. From the hamburger menu, select Manage Stores > Store Management > Stores > Ruby store name.

Note: Select the RubyB2B store name for the Next.js B2B stores.
Click on the Orders tab to select the quick order functionality.
The Orders tab opens.
Select the check box next to the Quick order functionality.
The quick order functionality has been enabled for your Next.js store.

Results

You can view and access the quick order functionality in your Next.js store.
