Deleting return reasons
Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to delete one or more return reasons.
Procedure
- Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
- From the Store menu, click Return Reasons. The Return Reasons list is displayed.
- Select the check boxes next to the return reasons that you want to delete, and click Delete. A delete message is displayed.
- Click OK.
The return reason is marked for deletion from the database. To completely delete the return reason, the Site Administrator must run the Database Cleanup utility.
