Deleting return reasons

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to delete one or more return reasons.

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
  2. From the Store menu, click Return Reasons. The Return Reasons list is displayed.
  3. Select the check boxes next to the return reasons that you want to delete, and click Delete. A delete message is displayed.
  4. Click OK.
    The return reason is marked for deletion from the database. To completely delete the return reason, the Site Administrator must run the Database Cleanup utility.
