Changing a customer segment
You can change the description of a customer segment and any attributes that define the customer segment. You cannot change the customer segment name after saving it for the first time.
Procedure
- Open the Marketing tool.

From the explorer view, click Customer Segments.
The Customer Segments - List page opens.
- Right-click the customer segment that
you want to change;
then click Open.The notebook for the customer segment opens.
- Click the tab that contains the attributes that you want to change; then edit the fields as appropriate.
- Click Save to save the customer segment, or click Close to close the editor and return to the previous page.
