IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce
The IBM Management Center for WebSphere Commerce, or Management Center, is a suite of tools to support store management, merchandising, and marketing tasks for business users (Sellers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Catalog Managers, and others).
Marketing tool
Use the Marketing tool in Management Center to create and manage marketing campaigns and other store content, excluding catalog content. You can use the extensive precision marketing features in the tool to deliver targeted marketing messages to customers.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues while you are using the Marketing tool, review troubleshooting information to solve common problems.

        Web activity does not display in store preview
        After you create a web activity, you open store preview to see the results in the e-Marketing Spot. However, the information that is specified in your web activity does not display.
        Web activity does not display top-browsed or best-seller lists in store preview
        After you create a web activity that uses the Display Top Browsed or Display Best Sellers actions, you use store preview to generate the browsing or order data. However, when you view the e-Marketing Spot in store preview, the lists are not displayed.
        Ad blocking software is preventing the display of marketing content
        When you test the display of marketing content in store preview, you cannot see the marketing content.
        Marketing activity is not sending email messages as expected
        After you create an email activity, you register as a test customer in store preview to be the recipient of the email message. However, the test customer does not receive the email message.
        Marketing changes do not display on the production site
        After you make marketing changes in an authoring or staging environment, you cannot see your changes on the production site after the marketing data is propagated.
        Revenue statistics for marketing experiment are missing
        If your site captures revenue statistics for marketing experiments, the statistics might not be up-to-date or exist in the environment that you are working within.
