Troubleshooting: Using Internet Explorer browser you cannot export a file from Management Center
When you try to export a file, such as a price list, from Management Center using Internet Explorer, a blank page pop-up opens and disappears right away, and the export fails.
Solution
To resolve this problem, in Internet Explorer:- Select .
- Click the Security Settings tab.
- Click Custom level.
- In the Security Settings - Internet Zone page, scroll down to Downloads, and set Automatic prompting for file downloads to Enable.
- Retry the file export in Management Center.
