Troubleshooting: Web pages using secure (HTTPS) URLs do not load
When accessing WebSphere Commerce pages that use secure URLs, the Web browser page does not load.
Problem
The WebSphere Commerce secure (HTTPS) URLs do not load properly.
Solution
If any of the secure URLs for WebSphere Commerce do not work, the SSL certificate for the Web server might be missing or expired.
Refer to the Web server documentation for information about installing or updating the SSL certificate.
