Fix pack issues
If you encounter problems during the installation or uninstallation of the WebSphere Commerce fix pack, review the following issues:
Errors encountered when uninstalling the WebSphere Commerce fix pack.
Attempting to uninstall a fix pack, an error is logged indicating that there is no backup package available.

Attempting to uninstall a fix pack, an error is logged indicating that there is no backup package available.

Problem

The uninstall of the WebSphere Commerce fix pack fails and you encounter the following error message:

CWUPI0010E: Cannot uninstall an installed maintenance package. No corresponding 
maintenance backup package is available in the product maintenance backup directory.

Solution

Ensure that you have removed all dependent software, such as the WebSphere Commerce Feature Packs, from the machine and attempt to uninstall the fix pack again.
