Procedure

Install the IBM Support Assistant and the WebSphere Commerce plug-in for the ISA.
Start the IBM Support Assistant.
On the Welcome page, click Find Information, and click Product Information tab.
In the Select a product field, select WebSphere Commerce 7.0.
Browse the available links for WebSphere Commerce support.
Click the required link.
