Configure the Self Service Portal's (SSP) SSL certificate
in cases where an incorrect default host name or DNS name is provided
during the installation process of the SSP.
Before you begin
You must stop the IBM Endpoint Manager for Mobile
Devices service (BESiOSServer.exe) to
run the following configuration commands.
Procedure
- To change the host name of the SSP and create new SSL certificates
to match this host name, run the following command:
ssp.bat recreate_certs <hostname>
- If you are using officially signed SSL certificates, ensure
that the following files are named correctly:
- The SSL private key must be named as
ssl_key.pem.
- The certificate must be named as
ssl_cert.pem.
- If you have an intermediate certificate bundle, ensure that it
is named as
ssl_bundle.pem.
- Run the following command:
ssp.bat recreate_keystore
