Manage Rule

  1. Manage Rules has to be configured to provide dynamic values in the request body which is defined in Manage Data source page for Release/Close/Inprogress ticket actions.
  2. For each rule we provide the filter conditions and parameter mapping.
  3. Whichever the rule condition will get satisfied for the ticket, respective parameters will be considered to pass in the request body.
  4. If none of the custom rules are satisfied, then the default rule will be considered for parameter mapping.
  5. Following actions can be performed on the manage rules page.
    1. Create rule
    2. Edit rule
    3. View rule
    4. Delete rule

Manage Rules List

  1. Navigate to the customers list

  2. Click on customer edit
  3. Expand the Automation Menu
  4. Click on Manage rules menu

  5. Select the datasource name and configuration type .

  6. View the available rules list based on selection

Create Manage Rule

  1. Select the datasource name and configuration type for which combination need to create new rule

  2. Click on “Add New”

  3. Provide Rule Name

  4. Provide filter conditions

  5. Provide parameter values

  6. Click on “Save Rule”

Edit Manage Rule

  1. Select the datasource name and configuration type for which combination need to update the rule

  2. Click on Edit on respective rule to be modified

  3. Provide Rule Name

  1. Select the datasource name and configuration type for which combination need to delete the rule
