Resolution Steps:
- Check the logs in the 'Component Log' page
corresponding to Generic Service.
- If the error doesn’t appear on the ‘Component Log’ page, then check the
log file. The log file is in the folder in which the components are installed
which are given while installation Generic Service
iAutomateLog.
- If the user has database access, then execute the command
below:
exec getjobtorundetails 'Gen','Y','' \
- If the above command doesn’t provide any data, then contact the System
Administrator.
