Configuration Changes – SaaS based Ticket Analysis

This section describes the steps for making the required configurational changes to enable access to SaaS based Ticket Analysis module.

It is a three-step process –

  • Manage SMTP – required to enable mail-based notifications to the users and administrators
  • Build Model – required to build the Entity and Recommendation models used for ticket analysis
  • Change hosting of iAutomate from Base Web Portal to SaaS Ticket Analysis – enable users to access the SaaS Ticket Analysis UI
