System Data Model

Profile Properties

Use the Profile Properties page to view, add, and bulk-import the profile properties that govern segmentation and customer profiles.

Note:

This page is available for CDM-enabled tenants.

You manage profile properties from the HCL CDP user interface instead of configuring them through backend. For more information, see CDP and CDM integration.

To open the page, go to Profile Management > Profile Properties.

The Profile Properties list shows each property and its settings. You can search the list, sort it by any column, and page through the results. To add properties:

One at a time, click + Properties. See Adding custom profile properties.
Several at once, click Upload. See Uploading profile properties from a CSV file.
