Checking the status of RFQ responses

You can check the status of any RFQ response to see its current stage in the workflow. This method determines whether RFQ responses are awaiting approval.

Before you begin

In order to receive email notifications of changes to the status of your responses, notification and RFQ job scheduling must be enabled by the Site Administrator during setup.

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
  2. Navigate to the RFQ response page. A listing of the responses that are generated for a specific RFQ request displays.
  3. Specify the status of the responses you are searching for in the View field.
  4. The status of each response is indicated in the Status column.
