Adding comments to tasks
You can add a comment to a task as a reminder to finish something later, a note to state
what actions you performed, or extra instructions. All comments are added to the task group, not the
individual task.

Procedure
- Open the Workspace Management tool.
- Select a task and view the Comments tab.

To add a new comment, click New
A new row is added to the list view.
- Select the new row and add a comment.
- Click Save; then click Close.
What to do next
Note: If you have not saved the new comment, you can easily remove it by selecting the comment; then
click Delete. However, once
saved, the comment cannot be deleted.
