Create marketing and storefront managed files by uploading files from your local file system to a directory in the Assets tool. The files are then available for use in marketing content.
- Replacing the content of managed files
You can replace the content of an existing managed file, such as a catalog or marketing image file, a PDF file, or a multimedia file. You cannot change the name of the file.
- Deleting managed files
You can delete a managed file if you no longer have any use for that file. You cannot delete a managed file if it is associated with a business object, such as a catalog entry, category, or marketing content.
