Creating a WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus mediation module

The initial mediation module is created and targets the ESB Server runtime.

Procedure

1. Launch WebSphere Integration Developer.
2. Create a new workspace. For example, C:\ExtOMSSimMediationModuleTutorial\workspace.
3. Close the Welcome view.
4. Select File > New > Mediation Module.
5. Enter ExtOMSSimMediationModule as the Module name.
6. Select ESB Server v6.1 as the target runtime.
7. Click Finish.
